Hello
I’m Yana, a Certified Integrative Health Coach and transformational change manager with more than a decade of experience in the healthcare industry. I specialize in helping individuals navigate health challenges, chronic stress, and major life transitions so they can build resilient, sustainable well-being — not just short-term improvement.
My Story
Life does not always unfold as planned. At age 44, I was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer. That diagnosis forced me to pause, reassess, and intentionally redesign how I was living. It clarified what truly mattered and reshaped my perspective on health, mindset, and resilience.
During treatment, I shifted into what I call “warrior mode,” becoming deeply focused on evidence-based nutrition, restorative self-care, emotional well-being, and proactive advocacy within the healthcare system. That experience did more than support my recovery — it transformed my purpose.

Today, my integrative health coaching program supports clients who are managing medical treatments, recovering from illness, experiencing burnout, or navigating significant life change. Using a holistic mind–body–spirit approach, I provide personalized health coaching that emphasizes sustainable lifestyle shifts, stress management, and long-term behavior change rather than quick fixes.

With professional experience in healthcare systems and insurance environments, I bridge compassionate support with practical guidance, helping clients feel informed, organized, and empowered in their health decisions.

I look forward to partnering with you and supporting your journey toward clarity, strength, and lasting wellness.
